So why does crime happen?
Crime happens when u mix opportunity, ability and desire!
There are many reasons and situations for a person to commit a crime. Sometimes crimes can be carefully plotted or just from pure impulse. For example if a person has a mental illness they might not be able to control themselves, but also sometimes a person can know exactly what they are doing but might be doing it out of greed, revenge or anger.
Even though laws are there to help lower the crime rate by threatening punishment, they can still be broken.
